Clanging Bell

A writer’s got to write, right? Although I have had other jobs over the years, I have earned at least some part of my income from writing since 1987. The fruit of my writing labor has appeared in newspapers, magazines, television, and websites. When my writing opportunities contracted in the early 2000s, I created the  Clanging Bell blog as an outlet for my work to keep my creative juices flowing. I terminated Clanging Bell several years later when the freelance work picked up, and I actually landed a full-time writing/editing position at Kelley Blue Book. With that coming to an end in late 2025, I decided to rescue Clanging Bell from the ash heap and make it a part of the Beer2Whiskey site as I was developing it.
